Last February 15 was held in Amman an open day organized by JTEC, the sole distributor for Piquersa products at Jordan. During the day, the guests could appreciate different models of Piquersa products, specially the sweeper BA-2000H, one of the most successful units of the Spanish brand that is participating on the cleaning projects at the principal cities in Middle East and north of Africa. During the ceremony, it was delivered officially the first unit sold in Jordan, which was acquired by the construction company Hassan Al-Kouz & Sons Co., a company responsible for carrying out various construction projects throughout the country.

The seminar was conducted by the local team of Jordan Tractor & Equipment Co. and it was supported by representatives of Piquersa who moved to the country. Throughout the morning the participants could appreciate the main features of mechanical sweepers, whose basic benefits are the quality / price, the high sweeping quality and the competitive maintenance costs, much lower than competitors.
The hard working conditions, together with the high degree of waste and sand from the area, will provide a difficult test for these machines, however, is not the first time that the famous sweepers PIQUERSA face the toughest test of the market.

PIQUERSA is present in more than 20 countries, with particular strength in the Middle East, North of Africa and South America, where the company expects to double the sales of past year. The objective for the company in 2012 is to consolidate some markets, approach the different countries of Sub-Saharan Africa and increase the exportations up to a 60% of turnover.
