TEYMO, the official Piquersa distributor for the Community of Madrid, recently inaugurated its new facilities to allow greater presence and better service in the area.
On November, 12nd and 13th of 2014, in TEYMO facilities in Getafe (Madrid), was held an open day due because of the inauguration of the new facilities. The event was attended by many customers, Municipal services companies, construction companies and mayors from different municipalities, the audience, was divided into two groups, followed a full tour of the facilities and had the opportunity to see PIQUERSA different models for construction and street cleaning. After the visit the guests enjoyed a snack during which they had the opportunity to socialize among themselves about the products available of the firm.
As detailed before, TEYMO MACHINERY is the official PIQUERSA distributor in Madrid City. The company has more than 30 years of experience in the sector, belonging to a group of companies located in the south of the country. Now it has decided to locate its new facility in the industrial area of Cerro de Los Angeles, for its good location (in the center of Spain) and very good access from all motorways that connect with the rest of the country. The facilities are 3,000 m2 dedicated for workshop, exhibition, warehouse, offices and car service workshop.
Abel Mera, Area Manager of PIQUERSA, points that the final customer will highly appreciate the benefits of these new facilities. Among the advantages, Mera specially indicates the wide range of products for immediate delivery, experience, effective after sales service, high reliability at management, product quality and good location right on the A-4 motorway with nearly by 2 million vehicles in daily transit, which offers "the best showroom". They all are advantages "which will impact positively on the clients experience"; if so far, the service was good, "now it will be exceptional". This agreement will "increase sales and improve customer satisfaction".
In addition to the recently opened new offices at Madrid, the company already has other offices in Granada, Motril, Malaga, Marbella, Velez-Malaga and Estepona. From this new location, TEYMO MACHINERY intends to supply the market needs of Madrid.

Coinciding with the come into operation of the new cleaning concession of Vélez Málaga Council in December 2014, PIQUERSA has delivered a new BA-2300H sweeper to the cleaning service company Althenia – Grupo Sando. Last 27th of November, it was the presentation of the new park of machinery of the new cleaning service contract from Vélez Málaga Municipality which was awarded to Althenia Grupo Sando.

Organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Navigation and Services, the city of Almeria received last 17th of October the visit of the Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy. The Chamber of Commerce also invited a small number of employers as representatives of the economic activity in the province and among them was Mrs. Inmaculada Piquer, PIQUERSA MAQUINARIA, S.A. Manager.

The new machines, purchased by companies awarded with the Waste Collection Service in Casablanca, entering service today.
Loaders, beach cleaners, crushers, scrubber, street sweepers, pickup trucks, etc. more than 300 machines of all kinds were exposed this morning in Casablanca. This is the new material acquired by the two companies delegated for the Waste Collection Service in the city, SITA EL BEIDA and AVERDA. The Total investment: 485 million dirhams. "This type of cleaning equipment did not exist even in Morocco, it is the first time it is put at the service of a local authority in the kingdom, ensures Lyacini Ahmed, director of public relations for Sita El Beida.
For Mr. Mohamed Sajid, Mayor of Casablanca, the arrival of this second generation of material, will allow end the headaches of Waste Collection. "Today, we have the resources necessaries, says the president of the City Council. It only remains to sensitize citizens to help us make an even cleaner city. In order to satisfy the needs of a new cleaning project with which this client has been awarded, the urban services company has reinforced its commitment with Piquersa sweepers with new investments on cleaning equipments, which means a purchase of several units of BA-6000H.
In stead of the international crisis that affect to the sector, the company based at Almeria, has invested on R & D betting for new products such as BA-6000H in order to achieve new solutions that meet the actual needs of its clients.
BA-6000H has been developed to satisfy the requirements of this clients which have a high level of specialization. BA-6000H can work on extreme conditions, obtaining the highest rate of return of investment in the market. Price and maintenance costs allow this possibility.
The main technical characteristics are: more than 3 meters of sweeping width; side discharge, with a height sufficient to discharge in any container. It offers two supplementary water spreaders, in order to erase totally the dust suspended in the air; a huge water tank with a capacity of 600 litres to supply this feature. Further more, it is equipped with a closed cabin, with the possibility to fit Air condition. Additionally, this model suits quick switches that allow converting the road sweeper into a self loading dumper with a pay load of 3.500 Kg.
Road Sweeper BA-6000H is the last project in Mr. JOSÉ MARÍA PIQUER, the founder of PIQUERSA MAQUINARIA, S.A. was involved, and these are the first units that have left the production line.

For the first stage of acquisition of machinery by the concessionaire company of the cleaning service (Acciona - Generala), the company from Almeria provides mechanical sweeper model BA-2300H with two cubic meters capacity and others Aspiration sweepers with a capacity of four cubic meters. For the second stage, Piquersa will join new units of this kind of sweepers and beach cleaner machinery as well.
