National. Piquersa delivers new equipments, based on Mechanical sweepers and Aspiration sweepers for the cleaning tasks of Almeria city and its beaches. For the first stage of acquisition of machinery by the concessionaire company of the cleaning service (Acciona - Generala), the company from Almeria provides mechanical sweeper model BA-2300H with two cubic meters capacity and others Aspiration sweepers with a capacity of four cubic meters.

For the second stage, Piquersa will join new units of this kind of sweepers and beach cleaner machinery as well.

International. Piquersa has just delivered seven units for the cleaning tasks of the city of Tangier and other eight units for Casablanca, at Morocco, what confirms the company from Almeria as the “world wide leader for Mechanical Sweepers”, as the general manager, Ms. Inmaculada Piquer has expressed.

The major of Almeria, Luis Rogelio Rodríguez Comendador, assured at the presentation of these new equipments that “this machinery will suppose a substantial improvement on the work force conditions that the city had in the past, in terms of capacity and quality of the service”. “This will suppose an improvement on the performance of the employees” therefore he was convinced that everything “will benefit to our citizens.”

The Delegate of the concessionaire company Acciona-Generala, José Antonio Pérez, informs: “on this first stage it has been created a cleaning device starting from the city center to the outside allowing us to see the specific needs of each street. The second stage will allow acquiring the proper machinery for the total area and modify what is necessary”.
